1. What are the tipping fees at the landfill?

• Class II Landfill (CDL) is $35 per ton
• Special Waste is $50 per ton with prior approval per the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control
• The fees are applied to business, commercial, and industry waste disposal.
  • Citizens are not charged a fee

2. What are the future plans for solid waste disposal for the landfill?

We encourage all citizens or interest parties to please attend County Council meetings and/or call for questions.
